Return

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!

We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit or exchange for a different product.

For countries outside of Thailand please note that your shipping fee will be deducted from your total store credit.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged

  • Special orders and engraved pieces cannot be returned or exchanged

  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging

  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use 

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  1. Login to our online return portal https://braccialetti.returnscenter.com/using your email address and order number.

  2. Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order

  3. Print your prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email

  4. Send all items back to us using the label provided

Additional Information:

  • How long it takes to receive your replacement product, or store credit?

As soon as we receive and check your returns, if the conditions are according to our terms listed above. We will e mail you with in 1 week regarding your store credits in which point you can proceed to order the new items you would like and we will proceed to ship them to you.

  • Do I have to pay return shipping fee or any extra charges?

Countries outside of Thailand There will be shipping fee which will be deducted from store credit. 

  • Lost or damaged returns

before shipping the return to us we highly you take pictures of the conditions of the items. In the case of lost or damaged returns will be decided on our prerogative.

Refund

Please check your order summary carefully before you place the order since a complete transaction cannot be refunded.

 

Shipping

Our product will be shipped out to you on every Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays via DHL. We will send email notification along with tracking number to you. 

Please note that pre-orders are shipped on first come first serve basis so the sooner you get order in the sooner your order will be shipped. In any case, please be sure that we are working our best to get your order shipped as quickly as possible.
